The Dune Apartments 6 offers the perfect beachside escape, only steps from Tugun Beach.

This top floor apartment (walk up) boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, open plan living and an expansive balcony with fabulous ocean views. The apartment has been tastefully furnished throughout, offering relaxed coastal living and modern comfort for up to 6 guests.

The open plan living room features reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV with Wi-Fi, comfortable lounge setting and dining area seating 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain with including coffee pod machine and a dishwasher.

An expansive covered balcony spans the length of the apartment and offers gas BBQ and alfresco dining and sitting areas to enjoy the stunning ocean views.

The master bedroom offers queen bed, smart TV and ensuite with shower and toilet, plus access to the balcony.

The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom provides two single beds. All bedrooms offer plenty of storage plus ceiling fans.

The spacious main bathroom offers shower plus separate bath and there is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The Dune Apartments 6 is located in a secure complex, with secure unground parking for 2 cars, plus storage space for bikes and boards.

It is ideally located only 300m from Tugun Village) 40m from Tugun Beach and on the Oceanway footpath which offers flat, scenic walking and cycling for kilometres in both directions.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
