The Space:
Located in one of Queensland's wonderful destination spots, is this wonderful 1 bedroom studio apartment. This truly is an unbeatable location with so much on your doorstep!

- A beautiful unit designed and decorated to amplify/enhance the ultimate relaxation state of mind.
- A fully furnished place with a blend of modern and contemporary style interiors.
- A cozy queen size bed, which steps out onto your own balcony, surrounded by beach views.
- Relax your evening away on the comfy sofa and watch the ultra modern LCD TV.
- Turn your relaxing sofa into a double bed, for your extra guests to stay.
- Free Wi-Fi for the first night to help you stay connected during your stay.
- A well-maintained bathroom with toiletries to freshen up after your long day of sightseeing.

Our unit is-

* Only 20 minutes to Movie World, Sea World and Wet 'n' Wild.
* Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and all surfers paradise has to offer.

Key pick-up is at nearby location.
All further details will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.

Getting Around:
To get around, you really only need walk ! - With all your favourite things right at your door step, getting around is made EASY!

Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Horrible checkin process

After arriving for checkin which was via key drop at 3pm on a Friday, arrive to no key in the key drop box, the property manager are hard to get a hold of, mainly via messages on the app, was given 3 different excuses as to why there was no key and in the end the property manager arranged another key through a third party which arrive at 10:15pm, so I did not get into my room for over 7hrs, will never be booking with or recommending the Airtrip property’s again, if I could give 0 stars I would!!
