A little tired and in need of a face lift, but value for money. Would suit a family budget holiday. Position is awesome me, right on the beach and close to Tedder Ave. apartment was large, air conditioned, plenty of hot water. Staff were very hospitable and friendly. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option.

We were after accomodation that had a kitchen, washing machine/dryer and that was comfortable without a huge price. This was the place for us. Yes the decor was dated, a bit tired, a broken towel holder, no toilet roll holder but these were tolerable when you saw how close you were to the beach and the locality to attractions. We always felt safe with the room security and Kate the hotel receptionist when way beyond to help us when we needed to stay a night earlier and night longer. She made our stay enjoyable. We will be staying again when we come and visit family next year.

Very Clean and comfortable unit, overlooking the beach (actually is on the beach) it was really convenient to public transport and close to Seaworld and Surfers paradise.

Wonderful Location

This hotel is right on the beach with direct access. Views go on for miles and no chance of being built out. Have stayed here before and always the first choice for accommodation.

Our room was in definite need of an upgrade. We found it frustrating because the reception area was being renovated but they only let us know the day prior to check in that we had to check in across the road and access out of the tower was through the basement. Facuities in our room were very old and in need of attendion. The location was amazing so that is the only thing that would make us go back

Great location.

Few things needed to amend in the room otherwise room very pleasant and spacious. Very pleasant stay as we arrived off peak season otherwise I probably would not use the ground floor as I felt there will be a lot of traffic passing by our room. The kitchen window is exposed to the front of the entrance so I needed to close the blinds. The swimming pool was on the left of our back balcony and if it was on peak season I probably felt I was exposed to everyone. Beautifully view of the ocean from every room and comfortable. The property is very will maintained.

Right on the Beach

This wonderful hotel is right on the beach. No roads to cross to go for a swim and the surf life saving flags are just there. The rooms are quiet except for the roar of the surf.

Great unit right on the beach

This place exceeded my expectations. So comfortable quiet right on the beach. Staff were lovely and a short walk to restaurants and a little shopping precinct. Had a brilliant time.

Lovely location, great for kids

With a nice apartment, beach access and heated pool, couldn't ask for more. The hotel manager is lovely. This hotel was great for young kids being so close to the beach and a great kid friendly pool. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Awesome beach front location, great balcony and views. Unit condition is a bit worn and tired but adequate. Looks like floor had not been cleaned properly as there were small bits of broken plastic outside kitchen , and stuff under the couch (I dropped something so was looking). For me was just a one night stay and was just about location so did the job.

Best location. Nicely renovated.

Stayed in apartment 5a which was nicely renovated. Right on the beach so couldn't ask for a better location. 2 blocks from a strip of Restaurants so easy to go out for dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and a few minutes walk from the surf club which had awesome food and views of the ocean.

Great view! Very nice place for a family

When we first got there we were greeted by a very nice woman, she showed us everything and was very friendly. The view was absolutely perfect, this would be great for families who like to cook food themselves. There was some cons, i suggest them to get new furniture as the one I stayed in looked pretty old, the bedroom I was staying with my sister was opposite the beach and was two singles. the beds were a bit hard, there was dust and cobwebs on the ceiling, the ceiling fan was shaking and seemed like it wanted to fall off, windows was dirty and if you're staying in the summer don't expect wind and breeze to come to that room. Weirdly there was food, tissues, clothes and wine left in the closet in the double bedroom. I'm not entirely disappointed but I would like them to do checkups for each room before renting them out.

The view was great, and the pool was nice. The Hotel building was very tired. The bedroom appeared to not have been cleaned. Sand in the bed and hair. It was not good value for money.

Would have been good to have the basics well supplied. There was coffee but no milk. Only given two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 5 nights.. Not enough dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder etc.. only supplied with one towel each and no option for change.. Otherwise was a great location.

Wonderful position on beachfront and close to Tedder Avenue for restaurants and shopping. Also Surfclub and Yachting Club nearby. Short stroll to Surfers and bus stop and light rail close by.
