This is a spacious apartment thatis light and airy, positioned with the favoured North-Easterly aspect that enjoys the best of the cooling breezes in summer and more direct warming sun in winter. It's also ideally situated high enough to capture the breeze and enjoy the magnificent views, but not so high that you're 'blown-out' on the balconies, or unable to see what's happening on the ground - who's swimming or playing tennis.
Please note: If you're not wanting a quiet environment and not respecting of this culture, this is not the place for you!
Guests have free access to all common areas and facilities, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tennis courts have a courtesy booking system (write your apartment details in the register) and court lights and BBQ require coins for operation.
Please be mindful that my neighbours are your neighbours while you're my guest, but they remain my neighbours after you're gone!

In the event of excessive noise, breach of house rules or receipt of a complaint, I reserve the right to access any part of the studio as necessary, to ascertain the validity and/or extent of the issue and to effect a satisfactory resolution. This could potentially include immediate booking termination and forfeit of bond where house rules are not being observed, particularly with regard to noise and/or other intrusion upon neighbours' and residents' quiet enjoyment of the complex.
Please note that guests are not to approach the resident managers at the complex reception area for assistance. They are there specifically to provide contracted services to unit owners, permanent residents and the body corporate only. Guests should raise any and all queries or issues you need addressed, directly online please.

There was absolutely NO parking even though when I booked, the unit was advertised with “parking on site”. The information book in the also says there is a parking space, but when I went to the parking bay, it was occupied. The street parking around the complex for as far as you could drive was 2 hours only, 24 hours a day! Guest parking on site had a 5 hour limit which resulted in us receiving a warning notice on our car window. The apartment had someone enter the premises twice to our knowledge without anyone advising us who had been there! There was no text message, phone call or note to let us know that there would be someone entering the unit. We realised someone had been in the apartment when we noticed a door open in my daughter’s room that had been locked and rubbish and packaging left on the floor. I tried to contact the manager who was looking after our booking but did not receive a reply. We returned after going out again the same door was now shut and relocked ! Messaged again, but still no response. I tried again to make contact but did not get a response till later the following morning. They had given a key to a tradesman to enter the property but didn’t seem to see the problem that we were concerned who had been in the property. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PROPERTY. FOR WHAT IT COST, IT IS RUN DOWN, SMELLS LIKE DOG (EVEN THOUGH PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED 🤔) AND THE BALCONY SMELLS LIKE DOG URINE.
