"Excellent stay. Beautiful house. Everything was exactly as advertised. The main floor was even more spacious than expected, beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of plates, glasses, and TP for our large group. There was always an open bathroom with plenty of towels and the showers were great. Bedrooms were nice and big, so those who had to double up on the queens were at ease. The open garage to stash a car in such a dense neighborhood was a big bonus. The walk to the beach was quick and we were a block away from good restaurants and bars. Inna was very kind, responsive, and helpful along the way. 10/10 would stay here again."

"2 moms and 2 teen girls had a great trip! This was a perfect location to be, less than a block from a bus stop to get down Mich Ave. We stayed for 2 nights and would stay here again. There is a small step up to the bathroom which we worried would be an issue in the middle of the night, but thankfully it was not. This place has character and charm. Living room furniture is lacking in comfortability, but thankfully we weren't there that much."

"We had 5 older ladies stay for 4 nights and we loved it. We enjoyed the proximity of so many great restaurants. We did happy hour at one place, take-out from a pizza place and take-out from a seafood place. The upper deck was wonderful for sitting outside and enjoying the evening. Also, we did morning walks on the beach which was just at the end of the block. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. A great location, a great place and we had a great time."

Between the size and layout, the beautiful and tasteful appointment and the location & parking I will literally plan my next trip to Chicago around the availability of this place!
