"The room was mostly devoid of any decor. The microwave and refrigerator did not work. The shower faucet dripped. There were only the sheet and a thin blanket for bedding. The light fixture in the bathroom was rusty and the floors appeared to have been in a prior flood. It has the potential to be an amazing hotel. Great beach, access and lots of grassy area between the hotel and the beach to walk your pet."

"Love everything about this place, it’s perfect for a one person getaway. Deck overlooking the river, so very clean, great atmosphere, J was an amazing host. Lord willing, I will be back next year. If I lived closer, I would come for a few often!"
