"1st impression, not so good. Some hiccups getting checked in and no thought given to ensure room was ‘pleasant’ on arrival. Entered our room and it was HOT. I would guess somewhere around 80F or higher. We decided to stick it out, turned on air, plugged refrigerator into wall outlet and turned it on. Unpacked and started getting ready to end the day. Room temperature came down, the A/C unit worked great and the room became very comfortable. I adjusted window curtain to minimize light intrusion....

"There was no key in the lock box and once contact was made with a rep, he was told to go to the hardware store to have one made. Reservation was cancelled at that moment. Lights were missing bulbs, bed covers were inadequate for the cold weather and room temp, carpet needed replacing years ago. Our group will NEVER come back and make certain everyone knows this place is a “DUMP”."

"I did not get the room after I paid for it. There were no workers there to let me in the hotel. I was ripped off and not refunded."

"Our first impression was disappointment. No Pics of the outside I assumed it was a house. Old Motel. Neighborhood had run down houses nearby. BUT during the weekend found out that it was actually a safe area according to locals. The Motel interior was remodeled and very clean. Pros: Clean! Comfortable bed Quiet area Cons: No place to hang clothes No coffee for the coffeemaker (owner provided next day though. No bag to bring home dirty clothes."

"The owners communicated well and were very nice. The room was clean with plenty of space however amenities were limited. No hair dryer, no kleenex, the heater/ac was noisy and the room needed a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Hot water was only lukewarm and it took forever to warm up. The fridge and microwave and coffee maker was much appreciated."

"There was a person driving around the room with an ATV after dark. PIT BULL DOG IN FRONT WHEN WE WERE READY TO LEAVE. We gave at least 4 hours notice of our arrival but the manager was 30 minutes late for our check in. Need shelf in bath room and a table near the closet to set luggage. "
