"I loved the location of this place. If you walk out the front door and turn left, you instantly enter a traditional Indian bazaar. If you keep going you run into the Ganges river and the Ghats. Turn left at the river and you quickly hit the burning Ghats. The staff was also friendly and helped me with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"Either newly built or renovated. The place was clean and nicely appointed. Close enough to the ghats so that you can walk to it in 15 min. "

"Taxi Could not even drive to hotel and had to drop us at an intersection for a rickshaw to take us to hotel. After several attempts the ricky could not even reach the hotel. Customer service is POOR and Phone calls to the hotels phone were UNANSWERED so we were forced to find another hotel. I was not able to get back a full rebate "

"Like location, tiny walk to the ghat for walk along Ganges. Didn’t like bathroom and breakfast room was boiling, although there was an opportunity to sit outside with rooftop view of Varanasi "

The immediate location is dirty but very centrally located and enough off the main 24/7 road to make it more relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. The only issue for me was having a room next to reception so I heard the doorbell a lot. The local power grid is a bit unreliable but works most of the time."

"Very dated property. Facilities and amenities are worn out; bathrooms basic, shoddy and moldy; open wires in the shower to the exhaust fan. Staff pleasant and reasonable food selection. Not accessible by car / taxi , only by boat from nearby Ghat. Location is only positive - directly next to the Ganges. Given that the price is relatively expensive by even Western standards it is frankly better to pay more for a first class facility. "
