"Booked last minute and didn’t realize was non refundable . From the moment pulled into parking lot knew I wouldn’t stay there . Building in run down neighborhood, parking lot and building from outside looks run down and unkept . Lobby so dark didn’t know where to go . Asked for refund and didn’t check in . Not worth $100 let alone the $160 I was charged . Lesson learned to do more research but after a 12 hour travel day and having stayed in other Comfort inns on this trip I thought it would be ok . "

"The Hotel is old, however the room was extremely comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned once a day. Very freindly staff who always smiled and said hello. Always had lots of hot water for bathing. Upgraded large tv in the room. As I stated the staff was second to none. Breakfast was really well done. Hold & cold items, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs. Well done to this Hotel. They allow pets and have rooms designed for this. Access to main Highway and minutes from anywhere you need to go. The bar downstairs was clean, pool table, popcorn, great bartenders. Front staff was always helpful. Upgraded business center if you need access to computer & printer. I have stayed at this Hotel many many times and will stay here again if there are rooms available. 5 stars in my book."

"I think this location is beautiful and clean. The staff could be a little bit friendlier and the cleaning staff could be a little bit quieter in the mornings but otherwise I think it’s great. The hot tub for some reason was not working when I was there particularly well. It wasn’t hot nor were the jets working properly. The gym is very nice and the other parts of the hotel for events and whatnot is really great. "
