"I had asked for a pet friendly room on the ground floor due to a disabled child with a service dog. I ended up sleeping in my car with the service animal and child as they put us on the 2nd floor by a stairwell. There was no elevator. My sister slept in the room with my other children and she woke up covered in bedbug bites. The front desk claimed there was no bedbugs, but her whole lower half was covered in bites."
