After a long trip arrived around midnight to take 30 minutes to check in with an extremely rude front desk staff , one had an attitude when we told him the room was pre booked and he was charging us twice of what the cost of the rooms were, nit just the deposit as it should be… he ran our card for $400 which is crazy for 2 nights either way… next morning talked to the manager who said he rather kick us out than to deal with our complaints about the staff since it was “late at night anyways” we didn’t want anything free just to get charged the actual price for the rooms which was stated at the time we booked it anyways to top it off one of our rooms smelled like mold and the second room had no working outlets for our electronics… will not be staying here ever again

The elevator broke during our stay. It was very inconvenient and the front desk clerk was rude about it. There was no signage put on the elevator so we were waiting on a broken elevator. It was unacceptable especially with no warning or disclaimer.

The employee that checked us in was very nice. We had three rooms. The first one the fridge had a puddle of water in it, the "maintenance" guy just sopped it up with a towel dripping water everywhere as he left the room, the second one, the cleaning staff forgot to finish cleaning, there is food on the floor and the bathroom wasn't finished. There's paint stains on at least one towel, there's stains on our sheets, the wood base on the bathroom counter is cracked, overall, you get what you pay for but they could have at least finished cleaning. The third room, the bathroom door doesn't latch and comes open. Haven't tried out the breakfast yet, hopefully it's better than the rooms.

This was the 4th/5th time staying here and it’s gotten worse every year. Bath towels are so used, very thin and small. We asked for extra pillows and they didn’t have any. Rooms do not have Kleenex, no blow dryer or extra blankets. Also, no “do not disturb”door hanger to put outside of door when we wanted to sleep in. We were woken up with housekeeping knocking on door. Paint on bathroom floors. They only offer coffee in the morning and most times it is not refilled. Heater/AC unit and fridge super loud! Unfortunately, we will not be staying there anymore.
