"I was assigned an apartment not as same as whats on the photos. There wasn't a wet playground as shown on the photos. All the children were disappointed. Apartment did not have wifi and since no wifi the tv box could not work. TV was just for display. No kitchen cleaning supplies provided for cookware & utensils."

We only became aware the property was not available as it was “under construction” when I enquired about where we would be met on arrival, 2 days prior to us arriving. At this point we had little chance of booking another large place with such little notice. The manager did arrange pick up for us from the airport as a way of compensation. There was no communication after our check in other than from us to them to confirm...
