"Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next...

"I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. "checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip."

"The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. "This would be a great hotel anywhere in the world, but seems like a real gem in Ho Chi Minh City. It has all the services, efficiency and convenience of a business hotel, but with charm, character and variety for a leisure break. Unfortunately, I was there for my brother's funeral, but the hotel made everything effortless. International food options were great, all staff were first class and services impeccable."

"10 minutes before check in, the hotel informed me they were overbooked despite my booking hours in advance. Their attempt to find a solution took over an hour, and they did not disclose any information. Their solution was to find another hotel. I would recommend staying away from this hotel unless you want to be kept in a hot hallway for 30minutes while they discuss your situation. I am deeply disappointed with this hotel so please stay away"
