We had no hot water to shower in the morning and mentioned it at check out only to be told it had been rectified, but at that point it was to late as we were checking out. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. "

"An enjoyable stay. Staff friendly, clean room. Don't know why the spa had a charge as when booked directly with the hotel it would have been free and there were charges for the towels and the robes. Evening meal good. I felt the room was quite expensive but on the whole it was an enjoyable stay."

"Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. "
