"This particular Microtel was clean, comfortable, and convenient and the hotel staff was very friendly and accessible. We would stay here again when in the area. . Definitely recommend keeping the second lock on the door at all times because despite the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the knob, housekeeping let themselves in without knocking. Never had that happen before. "

"This is easily one of the most unique and cool places I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing and experiencing. It’s so serene, so green, and so peaceful. You can tell there was a lot of love and care put into this property! There is so much to offer, and the owners made is that much better. Very kind and respectful, willing to tend to any needs, and did everything they could to make this experience that much more memorable. I will be back! Thank you guys so much"

"Clean, comfortable, peaceful place to step away and unwind. Chris is the best kind of host; all needs are addressed promptly and efficiently, he is not intrusive in the least but always available, and has thought of everything at the cabin to make it an easy, effortless stay. The surroundings are peaceful: river, woodchucks, birds, and foxes lend themselves to an enchanting atmosphere but never come too close to bother. Passing trains and churchbells are a thing, but again, add to the unique charm of the place. Looking forward to next time. Oh, and the plane on the roof of the building is icing on the cake!"
