"Under new owners this property is a work in progress. Friendly and helpful owners got us out of a tight spot. Good, cheap breakfast, bar on site, a short walk to everything in Gloucester. EV owners note there are plans to instal EV charging which is lacking in Gloucester."

"What a surprise package this place was! Just an overnighter for me and a mate as we were passing thru on motorbikes. The Manager offered to allow us to park our bikes around the back, in front of their private garage, out of public view and under a security camera. Also offered us towels to dry our bikes in the morning as it was raining. Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. Bistro food was yum, woodfire heater was warm and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay again. "
