"We stayed here for four nights as a family of four (two adults and two young children) and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent; the staff were courteous, polite, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. A huge plus was the early check-in. After a long flight, we arrived two hours early, and since our room was ready, the staff kindly let us settle in immediately. The breakfast quality was great with a lovely selection of food. Additionally, the location is perfect, with tram, train, and bus links right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!"

"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. "Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."
