"This is a property that tries very hard to provide a quality experience, and they add a number of small touches, like homemade cookies in the lobby, and a white noise machine in the room.
The room itself was pleasant—the bed sheets were extraordinary, but the mattress was very much on the firm side (more to my wife’s liking than to mine). The bathroom is quite nice, but the maze of handles and nozzles in the shower was hard to decipher.

The location was perfect for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and exploring Cooperstown—just a short, scenic drive away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. "Very cute cottage right by the marina and beach area. You can "rent" (more like check-out) canoes and kayak's during your stay. The beach area had clean sand with lounge chairs for adults and the kids loved building sand castles.
