"Property was lovely but room was far too hot and winter duvet on bed in July so had to take duvet out of cover. There was no Aircon. When we arrived room wasn't ready and we had to leave luggage in an unlocked room which didn't feel very safe"

"The Edwardian experience like no other! Excellent breakfast, cooked for you from the menu. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hospitality tray.
Room needed re wall papering and the shower was just warm enough but the water from the basin tap was very hot. Petrol station across the road with shop. Great pub across the road and walking distance to town. "
