Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. "We had a great weekend in Aviemore. The flat is clean, light and comfortable. We easily walked to and from the train station with backpacks. It's also less than 10 minutes walk to the Tesco Superstore and restaurants. We recommend Cheese and Tomatin Aviemore for lunch/dinner! Our tour guide picked us up at the flat and we saw Cairngorms National Park, Loch en Eilien, Loch Morlich, the Folk Museum, Ruthven Barracks, and more. "Gareth mer us on arrival and we were made to feel very welcome.Gareth and 'the ' boys' ( the Dogs Loki & Joshi, both absolutely beautiful and very friendly ) were about if you needed them but were never intrusive.The property was very clean and had lots of little touches and you have full use of the garden and all facilities. We would ( and have ) recommend the Beeches to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful break. We will definitely be going back Thank you Gareth."

"If you're considering this apartment as an option for your stay in Scotland, you should just go for it. The property is very clean, and inviting. The hosts are wonderful. Frankly, the pictures don't do it justice. It's extremely comfortable and quiet. It has off street parking which was easy to find and use. Although Grantown-on-Spey isn't a big town, the off street parking was very helpful a few nights. Wi-fi in the apartment worked well, and the satellite TV is a nice touch. We were there...
