"The whole building smelled. My room had hair in the shower, the shower head looks like it has never been cleaned. The smell of cat pee as soon as you walked in was so overwhelming. I had to buy Febreze spray."

The back door to the hotel we were told we could use, but it's damaged, needs to be fixed. ZERO hooks in bathroom for towels (only a hole in the door where the hook should be) "
