"Location is mot great as we realized it is not the safest neighborhood but it is close to airport and stadium which we wanted to visit. The staff were not very helpful. We came in an hour earlier, stayed in line to talk to front desk staff and they refused to allow early check in without extra cost. Then we had to run out to exit the parking lot before we hit the 30 min mark after which we had to pay. When we came back at the check in time, there was a long line! Clearly they couldn’t handle...

"The room was really small I got a no smoking room and as soon as I walked in it smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom smelled moldy the room had mold, the AC stink the room was stuffy and the pool was permanently closed but the website didn’t state that."
