"The staff was really nice, and I liked the free parking. The room was pretty good, but I would say the shower was really gross, and the shampoo, body soap, and conditioner smelled pretty bad. The shower head had a bunch of stuff clogging the holes for the shower head so I cleaned it with a clorax wipe and it was just rust built up. Also we had our room right next to the elevator which kinda felt sketchy and there was even a camera looking right outside the door we entered the room. But overall...

"２回目の宿泊でした。 デラックスダブルルーム ダブルベッド２台での予約だったんですが、チェックインを済ませて部屋に入ったらキングサイズのベッドが１台でした。 またこのホテルにはエレベーターがなく荷物を運ぶのが大変だと思い、事前に２階を希望したんですが残念ながら３階でした。 あと、フロントスタッフで１人とても感じの悪い方がいます。英語が通じない、嫌々感が顔ににじみ出ている、とてもホテルのスタッフとは思えません。"

"Air conditioning & wifi were good. Clean enough room, cleaned everyday & fresh towels daily was much appreciated. Only issue was you can’t contact their customer service if you need to if phone calling is not available (we weren’t In America) if you need to discuss anything such as travel delays etc. was a good stay"

"Water in the tub was great. The cleanliness was great. One issue I had was neighbors being loud arguing at 1:30 AM, not necessarily the property’s fault but it did ruin my stay. Also the management charged me a $40 dollar cash deposit but told me they would keep 20 at the and of my stay which should’ve been a charge when I purchased online. I was able to talk her into giving me 30 back but I didn’t have more time to argue."
