"Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt in Ocean City. The location honestly could not be better, just steps away from the boardwalk and beach which made everything extremely convenient for our family. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly from check in to check out. You can tell they take pride in the property because the rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast. For a hotel breakfast, it completely exceeded expectations with a great variety of fresh options and quality food each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences we’ve had in Ocean City. Great atmosphere, excellent service, clean rooms, and an unbeatable location. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting OCMD."

However, the only thing that bothered me was that the television was not a Smart TV, so I could not watch anything interesting on it. That was a little disappointing for me. "The hotel smell funky, and it’s not clean. One of the bed pillows were dirty. The hotel has potential but it definitely needs a lot of work. The outdoor pool was closed and the indoor pool was dirty. The main floor smells like old grease. The balcony need more privacy because you can see the next door room neighbor."

"This was my family's 1st time staying at this location. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and there was plenty for my 4 year old grandson to do. He loved the indoor pool, miniature golf, arcade room, playground and even the movie theater. He selected the movie he wanted to see and we were the only ones in the theater. The staff even popped popcorn for us. I would definitely stay here again."

"Cool place great location. I’m sure it’s better amenity wise when the pool is open. Breakfast was help yourself to an egg and sausage sandwich from the fridge. The microwave is over there lol. It is what it is. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Location was the best part. For the money it’s a 3 1/2 to 4 "
