"Central location and large room. Easy access to subway and citi bikes. Appreciated the mini fridge and good AC. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout the whole stay and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in midtown. "

"We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the lady”s name at the front desk, but she helped us twice with the subway as we had never used it before and we were very grateful for that. The only negative thing and I would say is that there was strawberry ice cream in our fridge when we arrived from the previous guest"

"The property is in a safe location and the room I had was better than I expected with great service from the cleaning team and some stand out members of staff who went above and beyond. One ruder lady at reception on the last day when I asked for an itemised bill and just to warn other guests; there is a $100 a night holding fee for damages as well as $35 property credit that must be spent in the hotel and if you don’t use it, you still get charged for it. "
