"We enjoyed our stay. People were friendly. Parking outdoors wasn’t ideal when parking was across two streets. We did see other parking which wasn’t offered. We had an issue with our phone scan id to get into and out of parking which was $20 a day on the first day of our 4 day stay which was never rectified so we had an issue each and every time we had to sign in and out which was a terrible. Breakfast was way too expensive. Rooms were clean and very nice but the pillows were terrible. We stay in Ottawa a lot throughout the year so will think twice before staying again."
