"A home from home. The house was everything we’d expected and more. Everything but clothes and food was catered for. The kitchen didn’t lack a thing. Every utensil, pan and tableware you could think off. The washing machine and all the detergents made it so easy to keep on top of our washing without bringing it all home with us. "Host cancelled on Friday evening- we were booked from the Sunday. VRBO helpfully suggested alternative and said our money would be refunded for this booking. So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...
