What really impressed was the service we received from the staff. Even though the bar and restaurant were busy, the manager and his brilliant young team looked after us so well . "An historic building. Large hotel which is is pretty well maintained. Staff were all great and really pleasant. Very surprised how good the food was. We had 3 course menu in what was a busy restaurant. Food arrived quickly and was excellent. Room was large with a comfortable bed. Overall an excellent weekend and yes I would go back."

"This is a fantastic inn with rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable. Bathroom with lovely easy to use walk in shower, plenty of hot water at anytime. What a treat to have a freshly cooked breakfast all 4 mornings. I stayed over the Easter weekend visiting friends in the village - although the pub was very busy with diners, the staff always had time to say hello and ask if everything was ok with my stay - excellent bar and a very good Melbec by the glass! Thank you Corners Inn I recommend you to anyone and will definitely stay again. "
