"What a delight to find this gem. It has to be the most special place to stay in Giverny. We were fortunate to arrive at lunch and the cafe was open and serving. The food was excellent for meal. Our breakfast was served at our table in the morning and surpassed anything we found in our two week travel through France. This is really the only place to consider staying at in Giverny. Stay two nights!"

"A lovely place with caveats - it is on the shore of a Seine canal - whatever gave me the impression (now I am not sure if it was a picture or in the hotel description) of a beach, was wrong. Also "free parking" offered to be taken literally or technically - it is street parking on the side of the canal; not guaranteed but seemingly hotel confident it can accomodate all guests with vehicles. we arrived late in the evening and due to the seemingly very popular restaurant on site there was zero...
