"Stayed in the family suite, two rooms and a tiny shower. Broken window held together with duct tape. Facilities were clean in the room. Very small and hot. Staff did bring a fan for one room. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. There appeared to only be one lady doing her best to manage lots of guests. Breakfast was disorganised and not enough crockery, we couldn’t all have cereal because there were no more clean bowls. The location was close to a few shops and restaurants but...

There are chain restaurants about 1/2 an hour's walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small ensuite wet room cubicle. It was very noisy, and I was woken several times in the night by noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor outside the room. I would not choose this hotel again."
