"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building.
We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so.

"The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). Pool is nice although a little odd - very small so booking is needed, saltwater although that didn’t bother us. "Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went.
Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English.
There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day.
