"Beautiful room, we enjoyed the fireplace the most. The flashlight key rings were helpful in the pitch black night. Thank you for the guest laundry room. A few things to improve if anyone in leadership reads this: Housekeeping missed us despite my attempts to request housekeeping at the front desk. It might help to have a door sign to clean the room, there was none. The single small sink was not good. Water splashed forward and sideways no matter how you tried. It’s just not the right sink design for a bathroom. Also we had a few spiders in our room, understandable because of the wilderness around and the rain. But perhaps some pest control might be considered. The staff were wonderful, especially the restaurant staff."

"This is a beautifully built house with stunning views of the Abiquiu Lake to the west. We really enjoyed dining outdoors and were treated to a double rainbow one early evening. The sunsets were lovely to spectacular. Night fall brought out the brilliant canopy of stars across the dark sky. And so quiet.The house is nicely furnished with regional decor, historical books lie about, and a well-equipped kitchen lies within the great room.There are no boat rentals at the marina. But if one wishes to enjoy boating on the lake, just google rental/delivery options for that area. We did bring a small inflatable dinghy, but the lake shore by the house is strewn with boulders that could make access difficult for older people."

"The home was beautiful, clean, and the views were stunning!! The stars were amazing, the skylight was fabulous for looking at stars at night. The kitchen was very well stocked! The challenges we experienced: the directions were not completely accurate. We were told when we got to the property there would be signs guiding us, there were no visible signs at all. We managed, barely, to get there on our own info. The instructions need updating and signage would help tremendously. There is no AC, which was fully disclosed in the listing. However, with no AC it is more important than usual that the windows function and open properly. None of the windows in the bedroom opened leaving it a bit warm for sleeping."

"The casita is beautifully decorated, has up-to-date kitchen appliances, and is immaculately clean. In most instances, the house alone would warrant a perfect 10. Add the scenic location, plus genuine privacy, with the sight and sound of the Rio Chama flowing nearby, and you’ll know, within the first few minutes on the property, that you want to come back."

"We had an excellent week at Rancho Los Milagros. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 10. We loved hanging out on the porch and swimming in the river. Brooks was so easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. We loved Abiquiu. Highlights included hiking at Ghost Ranch and Plaza Blanca , the Georgia O'Keeffe home tour (need to book way ahead. Thanks for the tip, Brooks!), driving the Taos High Road (with lunch at Sugar Nymphs), the rodeo in Los Alamos, swimming in Abiquiu Lake, fly fishing in El Vado, and dinner at El Farolito in El Rito. We'll definitely be back and will only stay at Rancho Los Milagros! Thank you Brooks."
