"We stay here every year when we go to Shaker Woods Festival, small room, but very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The only down side is the free breakfast, No hot food, it was cereal, bread, muffins and bagels, but for the price it not a big deal. I will keep coming back."

He said the included breakfast buffet is not as good as it used to be, with no low-carb or protein options (he's diabetic) - just toast, kids' cereal and bananas - so all his breakfasts were at a nearby diner. Still, it's a good, clean place to stay. Pool is great. Housekeeping is minimal (since COVID) and only on request. Customer service is *excellent* - polite and responsive."
