"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

"バスタブが湯を溜め、水抜きをすると、
排水溝から湯がが溢れ水浸しになった。
ドレインシステムの老朽化か、詰まりがあったのも。古い感じで染みもあり、臭いもした。
フロントにはその旨説明し、次の部屋の利用者がびっくりしないように、適切な対応をお願いしておきました。
また、チェックインの際の情報として、
Wi-Fiの説明、枕の追加、製氷器などの追加説明がなく、サービスの有効な案内がなく、残念だった。せっかくのサービスの用意が生かされなかった。"

"グリーンランドで遊ぶ為、家族(大人二人幼児二人)で泊まりました。
建物自体は年数が経っていて古く感じましたが、とても綺麗にされていたので問題なく泊まれました。トイレもリフォームしてて安心しました。
スタッフさんも随所に心遣いいただいて感謝です。
お風呂も気持ちよく、朝食バイキングだけでしたが、十分美味しくいただけました。
遊園地が目の前に見えたら楽しいだろうなと 遊園地側を指定しました。が、お風呂もレストランも遊園地の入場も駐車場側の部屋の方が近く、建物の端から端まで歩かなければならなかったので、次泊まるなら絶対駐車場側にしたいです笑"
