"This was my second time staying here. My biggest problem is that check-in isn’t until 6 which is ridiculous. But otherwise it is a lovely property."

"Overall we were happy with the room size and the apartment location. The apartment is dated. The master bathroom was a bit cramped due to size and layout. One of the apartments had an odor - kind of smelled like herbal medicine but not marijuana. I thought the workers were friendly. We didn’t really use the amenities on the 2nd floor so I can’t comment. The place is perfect for a small family at a decent price. I do recommend."

"It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”"

"The hotel is ok because it was recently renovated. Room size is small. There is only 2 washers and dryers for guests to use. You need to pay for them. Bathroom has a smell from either fan or sewer. The hotel’s location is good and it is close to line 3 subway."

"Decent location - about a 10 minute walk from the Palace and a temple across the street to visit, food and beverage locations nearby, Insadong was nice. But can't give a 5 star review due to the following complaints: -View was terrible, literally looking at the side of building. Even a street view would have been nice. Asked to change and they said they couldn't move us as I guess they were busy, not really there for the view so not a huge deal. -Shower has a glass wall facing the beds, it is see through enough that it isn't really comfortable for all to use. Also to climb in to the shower you have to step over a 2 ft high side to the bathtub and back out - terrible design all in all and anyone with even minor accessibility issues would find it hard to use. -Bathroom also has a sliding door so instead of having the toilet paper in a usable location, you have to reach way behind you - it's a minor thing but just not something you'd expect for what you pay. -Cleaning staff were kind and helpful and did a great job each day Would probably stay in Myeondong if we go back to Seoul as the night markets and street markets are there and it is much more happening."
