"We were a large group of 17 women. The cottage was beautiful! It was spacious with plenty of room for all of us, in fact we could easily have accommodated a few more. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor space had room for games. We had plenty of privacy with our own dock. The Host responded quickly to any questions. City was minutes away and we were able to kayak the York River.It was a wonderful vacation for our group. We plan to return next year.Michelle"

"We received to code to the suite however there is a door to the backyard that you needed a different code to get in. This code was not shared with us. We called the host who sent someone over to let us in the building."

"Great spot, fit our needs very well. Water was great, deep enough to dive in Rooms also greatOnly complaint is if you plan on using the BBQ it is in rough shape, pretty rusted out.Otherwise would 100% come back, has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors and be comfortable indoorsThanks Zara!!"
