"It was our first time at the KIng Charles Hotel, the staff were very friendly, the room we had was nice and clean. The only thing was we could hear the traffic outside, all night. So we didnt get alot of sleep,as we were woken up alot. Apart from that the hotel itself was excellent. We would come back again, as long as we could have a different room, away from the main road. "It is good hotel but a little far from London. Little challenging to navigate the buses and trains to get to London. But the hotel itself was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Except the distance from London, I would recommend it!"
