"Good location over looking the beach and close to all the main areas within the island. The expensive room we booked had a view of a construction site and not the view of the ocean and blue waters we were promised. After complaining we were moved to a smaller/cheaper room. No refund was given on the difference but 2 spa vouchers were. The spa was not good would have rather preferred a refund. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ottalia. The first thing we noticed when checking in was 4 routers, so will say the wifi was great. The staff was attentive, and always able to give extra water, towels, and even bugspray. The hotel is in the middle of the island, so there are definitely abundant mosquitoes, so beware and make sure to keep the mosquito net intact.
