"Look no further! Book here! This property is absolutely immaculate! I can’t fault a thing. Comfy beds, amazing pillows, good aircon, excellent shower pressure. The staff went above and beyond and are so polite. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle but still within a super easy walking distance to the beachfront / wharf area. "We loved our stay at Villa Nero! Staff were very kind and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, which can be nice to be away from the loud bars at night. Really a good deal for the price and we would definitely stay again! Google maps did unfortunately take us down roads that were not paved the first time with our luggage. "The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. "Love Bale Sampan Bungalows! Its a lovely boutique property, the bungalows are modern & well maintained. It's right on the beach, snorkeling & turtles out front, and super close to restaurants and everything you need. The restaurant is fabulous and the staff super helpful. We come back every year and it never disappoints. "

"Everything was alright. We had 2 cockroaches in our room, spiders and mosquitos, mainly due to the bathroom not being fully enclosed. The bathroom wall was also made of glass which let in a lot of street noise and lacked privacy. The beds were alright. "

Overall our bungalow was lovely! It was spacious and clean and had a beautiful outdoor bathroom with a good shower. The light was good day and night and the decoration was thoughtful.
