"We absolutely loved our stay at Jago Gili Air and would highly recommend it.
The room was gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully presented, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely lovely, incredibly welcoming and somehow learned our names almost immediately. They made us feel properly at home throughout our stay.
Every morning they prepared us the most beautiful breakfast, which was such a lovely way to start the day. There are also board games available to play...
"WOW! What a great place to spend a few days. I can't say enough about how relaxing and fun Pink Coco was to stay at. The rooms, pool, restaurant, boat, bar, spa and the property grounds were super clean and modern, yet had a lot of character too. The staff are a pleasure to be around. "Room is directly under the speaker for the nearby mosque so ridiculously loud and not conducive to sleep. We left and moved to another hotel. Biggest concern mold in bathroom, pretty sure it was black mold. This place has some interesting 10 star reviews but absolutely sure they are false reviews. Looked on another website site where they were rated 2.4 out of 10. Many, many truthful reviews on that site also reflecting our concerns. Would not stay of offered for free. "Unfortunately my experience it was not good, the neighbours of the land next to the bungalows have burned some plastic the first night and my room it was invaded by this smoke, I didn’t sleep the first night and even the second day the smell of smoke it was incredible.
They offered me to change room but both alternatives given were not as good as my accommodation and I decided to leave before."
"This was an amazing villa/hotel experience. From start to finish staff had excellent communication. They all went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel room was gorgeous and very well cleaned. They even bike rental on the property so we do not have to spend time looking around for bike rentals. Their dinner on the beach and their breakfast is amazing. If you stay for two nights they give you a complementary floating breakfast, which I highly recommend....
