"Loved the Hotel Dama. Stayed in two rooms on the first floor and would have preferred a upper floor but not available. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful. "

"The hotel was amazing an so was the front desk. The only issue I had was that I paid for late check out because we had a very long day but the next day someone wakes us up and we're told we had to leave since check out was at 11:30 when I had extended check out to 1:30pm."
"We had a fantastic stay at AR218 in Mexico City! We booked the Presidential Terrace Suite, which was beautiful, spotless, and had the most charming outdoor space — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The room itself was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location — within walking distance of adorable cafes, great restaurants, and even a cute wine shop.
