"Not a great stay. Arrived to no heating/radiator not working. However a oil filled radiator was available in the room, implies maybe the room was known to be cold? Shower didnt work. On arrival toilet was running continuously and wouldnt flush. Wifi details not available in the room which would of been helpful.. When raised these all to the staff in the morning told "Yeah sometimes people dont think that shower works but you need to pull both switches." No apology for other factors? And if that is the case maybe a sign could help on how to use shower? Dont think il return. "

"The shops was only 5 minutes away. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff could not do enough for you. Over all i will certainly go back there Car was in a safe place over night. I would recommend this hotel to Anyone who is looking."

"Was a good loation but smaller if fried food. My room overlooked car park but curtains hanging off so not very private whilst changing. "

"Hotel Review – Skegness The Royal Hotel Had a really good stay at The Royal Hotel in Skegness. Overall, the place offered everything we needed for a comfortable couple of days away. The car parking was easy, and the hotel sits in a lovely spot close to both the seafront and the Country Park, so getting out for walks was simple. The bar had a nice range of drinks, and the hotel serves both evening meals and breakfast. Breakfast was a classic full English done well, with cereals, juices, and the usual teas and coffees on the side. No complaints at all there. The room itself was spacious and had everything you'd expect — TV with a remote, tea and coffee, toiletries in the bathroom, and even a fan. The windows could be opened too, which was great for a bit of fresh air. The surrounding area was busier than expected for March, especially when the sun came out. Even though it’s still pre‑season, there were plenty of places open in the town centre for food and drinks in the evening. Being so close to the seafront was definitely a bonus. All in all, a very good stay with very little to fault. Would happily recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Skegness."

"Big let down would not recommend for families . Dirty sheets and room stinks of smoke . Plus shower head dont work "

"No sea view but didn't ask for, or care about one. Had pretty much everything we needed. Honesty can't fault it. If we can we'll definitely go back the next time we're there. Hidden gem in our opinion."

"Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well . The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch. Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book ."

"Had a great time at Seacroft lodge, grandchildren loved the pool, will definitely go again. The Only thing I would have liked would have been one of the rooms to have twin beds as older boy’s not keen to share."
