"This was my third time staying at this hotel. I love how close it is to the sights, a very quick walk from Independence Hall/Liberty Bell, Society Hill, Elfreth's Alley, etc. The pool on the roof was a big draw for us, especially as temperatures were in the 90s. It was the perfect way to cool off after sightseeing! My only suggestion would be to have the pool open a few more hours a day - closing at 8 p.m. was a bit early for people who may want to use it after dinner, especially when it's so hot out at night, and not opening until 10 a.m. doesn't give much time if you're checking out at 11. But other than that, it was a great stay, clean hotel, very kind staff. I'm sure we'll be back!"

"The staff was exceptionally helpful, I reached out to the hotel for a possible early check in, and I received an email around 1030am stating they had my room ready. I was not expecting to hear back from the hotel so quickly or even a check in before 2pm. I just want to extend my thanks to the gentleman that checked me in and to your entire staff and crew for their hospitality and amazing guest service, you truly went above and beyond to accommodate my partner and I. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philadelphia area. I am really looking forward to staying here for my next visit to Philadelphia. Thank you so much for your services. "
