"This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Gladys was a helpful host. The original property had recently flooded but she was able to move us to this location. Bedrooms are an amazing size! We wished the living room was able to accommodate more seating though. Overall, it was a good weekend."

"Marion was absolutely unprofessional with the most disgusting attitude during our stay. My family, friends, and I were being harassed and racially profiled. During our stay Marion proceeded to have her neighbor stalk us during our stay (she claimed they were her assistants). We felt 100% unsafe in this place. "This stay was okay but not as expected as compared to other Airbnb accommodations. It was chosen due to the number of bedrooms for a family gathering. There was ample space, however with so many things amiss this stay was challenging. We will not be back. First off, when we arrived it was a hot day and management did not set ac at a minimum so it was too hot in the house and took hours to make it comfortable.
