"Staff was amazing. The individual at the front desk handled a random individual who was unwelcome in the lobby very professionally. They also answered all my questions politely and explained any fees associated with our service dog in training. Exit staff did the same and informed us when we get the dogs paper work in the mail, that pet fees can be waived. The room was perfect and the bed comfy. Had to turn the heat down, but that isnt anything to complain about. The junior suite also had bowls...

"Decent and comfortable, but nothing too fancy. Great for travellers on a budget. There was a stained towel during my stay that should have been discarded from their supply. The guy working the front desk at night is a bit condascending. "

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Parking is great as it is covered and heated. Breakfast is not free but the special is very reasonable and good. We did wait a bit for the food and check so when we returned to our room, only 1 minute after 11:00 checkout time, our key was deactivated and required a trip to desk to reactivate so we could collect our belongings. "

"Lady at check-in was fantastic! Breakfast had the best crunchy hashbrowns than any hotel we’ve stayed at and we stay at close to a dozen a year for sports! The hotel is older but clean and we would come back again."

"My stay was better than I expected. My room had a kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a decent size fridge. Room was spacious and clean in a quiet area. It was noisy in the morning as I was right next to breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious. "
