"We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. I believe it was the "exceptional w/a view". We had so much space in our room, an oversized tub, and a large balcony. All things that are not common in Europe from my experience. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. "

"It was an easy walk to the sites. Overlooking the canal. We were on the second floor, and the dinning room wss above us. Very loud in the morning as well as could here the people in the next room. No cable so no watching any late night movie"

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Like everywhere in the whole city, service doesn’t come quick but it was an enjoyable stay in the second building across from the main hotel. Comfy, modern rooms, very good bed. Ideally located. Probably as good as it gets as you are one minute walk from the main canal with all you need for bar/restaurants etc all with a few minutes walk from there. It’s a fabulous city and the hotel is ideally placed to pop in and out of during a day of wandering around "
