"Beautiful location right in the heart of the city. It felt like we were staying in a castle with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions for where to eat and how to get around Ghent. As a bonus, the hotel cocktail bar (The Cobbler) was one of our favorite spots of the trip."

"Everything was great! We didn’t eat at the restaurants nor use the spa. Our room was amazing! We were upgraded to a junior suite. Everything is immaculate. The hotel was conveniently located to all major sightseeing locations. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Great stay! Highly recommend!"
