"The hotel location is near to airport, train and busy car road and the noises come to the room as the soundproofing could be better. I recommend this hotel as a easy one night stay before/sfter flight but not as a hotel to stay longer"

"Stayed for a night after arrival - contrary to some descriptions of the hotel, the shuttle is NOT free. The room was simple and small - we were told we were upgraded to a deluxe room because they didn’t have the king bed we reserved, but their deluxe room is an average standard room in our experience. Breakfast is poor especially considering we’re in Italy. The staff are unable to properly cook an omelet so don’t ask. Other hotels in the area to try next time - holiday inn. Sheraton was about 100$ more."

"A small hotel in a quaint village 10-15 minutes away from Malpensa airport. I noticed that they do have a free shuttle bus. The room was fairly basic, but large and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower large and warm. The main draw here is perhaps not the room, but a really good restaurant. Even for Italian standards this is an excellent one and I have been here quite a few times before for dinner. This time neither dinner nor breakfast did disappoint. All very good. Any downside? Well, if you come by car they only have 3-4 parking spots and if they are taken you have to find parking elsewhere in the village. Not difficult to find within a few minutes walk."

"A very basic airport hotel, clean and relatively quiet but small and limited amenities. Between the time I made my reservation and the date of my stay, the hotel eliminated their free airport shuttle and began charging 10 Euros per couple (more outside of certain limited hours). That seemed unreasonable to me. They also claimed breakfast was not included on the last day of my stay (altho it had been provided the two other days), notifying me AFTER I had eaten and not when I entered the breakfast area and gave my room number; however, after I objected and discussed the matter with the management, they relented even tho I could not access my on-line reservation to prove my point - and I thought that was quite reasonable and professional of them. However, IMO the breakfast is not really worth it if not free, in any event; but all's well that ends well). So a mixed review: it is functional, but just so."
