The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests specially Sushma. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and convenient transport options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Amazing all inclusive hotel, top quality food that caters for all, branded drinks to boot too. The staff were exceptional…. With a very special mention to Niscal from the Juniper bar who made everyday we saw him memorable. Not to mention the rest of the barmen at Juniper who were very quick on serving drinks, plus the food at Juniper was delicious. Zezo, the entertainer, he should be head of operations for the animation team as he has what it takes to transform the animation team given the chance. The entertainment was very poor, out dated quizzes, and music from before 1970 and the white party that didn’t materialise as the song choices were not suited to the people who attended, and that would be my only critique on this hotel…. Revamp your entertainment and encourage them to be like Zezo…"
