"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests specially Sushma. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and convenient transport options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Amazing all inclusive hotel, top quality food that caters for all, branded drinks to boot too. The staff were exceptional…. With a very special mention to Niscal from the Juniper bar who made everyday we saw him memorable. Not to mention the rest of the barmen at Juniper who were very quick on serving drinks, plus the food at Juniper was delicious. Zezo, the entertainer, he should be head of operations for the animation team as he has what it takes to transform the animation team given the chance. The entertainment was very poor, out dated quizzes, and music from before 1970 and the white party that didn’t materialise as the song choices were not suited to the people who attended, and that would be my only critique on this hotel…. Revamp your entertainment and encourage them to be like Zezo…"

"We stayed for 7 nights (March 30 – April 7) in a standard room with a balcony on the 3rd floor, including breakfast. I was traveling with family (no kids), and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice modern interior, comfortable beds, and clean, fresh linens. The location is very convenient — just about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby, but it’s still relatively quiet at night. The staff was very polite and helpful. I was especially touched to find our room decorated with balloons and petals for my birthday — such a lovely gesture, thank you! The room also had bathrobes, though oddly, no slippers. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the decent soundproofing. There were a few minor downsides: the rooftop bar and pool area can get very loud, with music playing most of the time, and it seems like outside guests might be allowed in. The elevators were a bit unpredictable — sometimes skipping floors or taking strange routes. I didn’t manage to catch breakfast (I like to sleep in!), but I was told the selection was good and everything was fresh. The rooftop restaurant also has a beautiful view. Downstairs, there’s a nice little café where I really liked the croissants. All in all, I’d say the hotel is great both for young partygoers and more relaxed travelers.
